'Sorry you worked there.' - Workplace Sympathy Card

There’s a card I wish more people had received when they left certain workplaces.

It simply says:
“Sorry you worked there.”

Not “everything happens for a reason.”
Not “you’ll land on your feet.”
Not “be grateful for the experience.”

Just recognition.

I’m creating Corporate, But Make It Honest, a survivor-led HR shop using humour and truth to name what so many people experience at work but are encouraged to minimise or stay silent about.

This card is for:
• people who quit to save themselves
• people who were managed out
• people who are still untangling what really happened

Sometimes the most healing thing isn’t advice.
It’s being believed.
