Will all items arrive together?
In most cases, yes.
If an item is printed on demand and ships separately, this will be clearly stated at checkout.
How long will my order take to arrive?
- Printed items: usually dispatched within 3–5 working days
- Delivery: typically 2–4 working days after dispatch (UK)
You'll receive confirmation once your order has been sent.
Is tracking provided?
Standard Royal Mail delivery does not always include tracking.
Where tracking is available, it will be shared with you.
What about international orders?
International shipping is provided by Printful directly to US customers.
The HRTruths collection is available only within the UK and the USA.
What if I'm buying this as a gift?
Items are packaged discreetly and thoughtfully.
No pricing information is included inside the parcel.
Why are some items intentionally simple or blank?

Because many items are printed to order, we cannot accept returns for a change of mind.

Not at this time. The collection is designed as-is, with messages that speak for themselves.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, as well as other secure payment methods at checkout.

How do I care for my items?
Mugs and coasters: Hand-wash recommended to preserve print quality. Dishwasher use may cause fading over time.
Tote bags: Spot clean or gentle machine wash. Air dry to maintain print.
Cards and stickers: Keep dry and handle with care.
